If you have provided false information about yourself, you can change it in your Account under Account Details at any time. If you have given incorrect information without logging in your order, it may be that your delivery does not work. In this case, the package comes back to us, we will contact you then, if your information is correct and then send your order again.

Forgot your password or username?

If you forgot your password or username, go to Login and click the Forgot Password link. Now you can create a new password. If you forgot your username, you can enter your email under the same link.

Billing address or delivery address?

Depending on your choice, you can specify a different delivery address for your billing address in your account. Thus, for example, you can send a gift to a friend or a girlfriend, which will only be yours.

I want to delete my account

If you want to delete your account, write us a message and we will delete all your data. Note that we can no longer reconstruct your data. A new application is possible at any time.

To initiate a return, the following points should be checked:

Contact us which size you need, we will send you a free shipping label, with which you can send back the goods. Once the package has arrived, we will send you your appropriate size.

Condition of the goods

Check: The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts for the delivery of sealed goods (for example, removal of hang tag, labels), which for reasons of health or hygiene are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery. The original box is not required for the return.

How do I return my order?

In your account you can download a return slip once we have confirmed your return. If you do not have an account, we will send you the return slip by email on request. You attach this to the carton with the return and give it to your post office.

I have sent the returns without the label provided by us

If you do not use the returns label from us for the return of the goods, you must bear the costs for this return yourself.
