To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping bag. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express etc.), your PayPal account or by bank transfer. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.
You don’t need an account to place an order but having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. You can create an account when ever you want.

The prices quoted in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components including any applicable taxes such as value added tax.
By law, we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to EU countries. The rate of tax will be determined by the exact delivery address and displayed when placing your order. If you live outside the EU, we do not charge sales tax (VAT).
In the case of cross-border delivery, you may be required to pay additional taxes (for example, in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and / or duties (such as customs duties), but not to the seller, but to the relevant customs or tax authorities.
You can pay with any currency. During the payment process in the online shop, your payment provider will exchange your currency automatically.
Try the purchase again, it’s usually timeout during the checkout process. Another reason may be typos when entering your payment provider during the payment process. If the payment process does not work, just drop us a line here and we will do our best to solve the problem.
If you have overpaid, the balance will be credited back to your account. If you have not paid enough, the entire amount will be transferred back to your account. You will then have to transfer the total amount again.
Sometimes the payments can not be assigned to a booking. Verify that you have specified the correct use. It may also be that the amount was not debited from your account, so check your sales in your bank account.

Our shipping partner DHL strives to deliver the goods properly. If your received package is damaged in the handover with the parcel service, please complain the damage to the responsible shipping service provider under the following link:

If the damage was caused by the shipping you will receive a return form from us, which you stick on the damaged package. After receiving the damaged goods, you will receive your order anew.
Depending on the destination country your order may take a few working days. Please send us an email with your first and last names as well as the order number, so that we can locate your consignment exactly. We will then inform you about the current status of your order.
If we can not deliver to your preferred country, send us a message, then we will check if it is possible to offer shipping directly to you.
For a revocation please read on here. Before you initiate a return, make sure that the hang tag or sticker on the product has not been removed and the order received is in perfect condition. The original box is not required for the return.
